Parmigiano Reggiano is still crafted to a centuries-old recipe, using only fresh cow’s milk from its area of origin and with no additives or preservatives. Aged a minimum of a year and sometimes more than two, each wheel is inspected daily and only the best wheels are stamped with the Parmigiano Reggiano designation. This hard, granular cheese with its complex fruity, nutty taste can be grated or shaved over a wide variety of dishes.
