SIMPLE TUNA MELT

INGREDIENTS:

  • Fresh bread
  • Rio Mare tuna (3 cans)
  • Mayo (2-3 tbsp)
  • Salt + pepper
  • Sliced cheddar cheese
  • Celery (½ cup thinly chopped)
  • Carrots (½ cup thinly chopped)
  • Arugula

DIRECTIONS:

  1. In a bowl, mix tuna with mayo, celery, carrots, salt, and pepper until creamy and well combined.
  2. Spread the mixture evenly over slices of fresh bread.
  3. Layer with sliced cheddar and a handful of arugula.
  4. Toast until golden brown and the cheese is perfectly melty.
